This policy explains what personal information ScaleWithLP collects through this website and our Facebook and Instagram lead forms, what we do with it, and your rights. We keep it short and plain on purpose.
ScaleWithLP is a sole trader business in the United Kingdom that runs Facebook and Instagram advertising for tradesmen. We are the “controller” of the personal information described here. You can contact us any time at scalewithlp@gmail.com.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website, and we do not ask for card or payment details on it.
We only contact you about your application, or about the newsletter if you signed up to it. We don’t sell your information and we don’t share it with other businesses for their marketing.
We use a small number of providers to run the business. They handle your information only on our instructions:
Some of these providers are based outside the UK, mainly in the United States. Where that happens, your information is protected by an approved safeguard such as the UK data transfer addendum or a UK-approved data bridge.
If you apply but do not become a client, we keep your details for up to 24 months after our last contact, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep your details while we work together and for as long afterwards as the law requires us to keep business records (normally up to 6 years). Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe.
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to: see the information we hold about you; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to how we use it; and send you a copy in a portable format. You can also withdraw consent at any time. Email scalewithlp@gmail.com and we’ll respond within one month.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We’d appreciate the chance to put things right first.
If we change how we use your information we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
